In order to return a product, you must send us pictures or videos of the product you received. The flaws should be visible in the pictures or videos.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, without any flaws and without any scratches. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged Elevate packaging / box. Do not put tape or stickers on the packet/ box.
Products can be exchanged but it has to be informed on the same day of delivery.
